1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on emz77. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment account, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration or KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes.
• You must not share your login details with any other person.
• You must notify emz77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• emz77 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call.

Account security features including OTP verification and SSL encryption are in place to protect your account. However, you remain responsible for any activity that occurs under your credentials where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login information.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on emz77 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, GCash, and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods for gaming transactions on this platform.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account belongs to someone other than the emz77 account holder — are not permitted and will be subject to reversal and investigation.

emz77 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any deposit, including requesting source of funds documentation, before crediting amounts to your account balance. This is a standard financial integrity measure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing.

5 Withdrawals

• Completed KYC identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts in your own name — matching the identity verified during KYC.
• emz77 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed during the withdrawal request process.
• emz77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Processing timelines vary by method and are subject to standard Philippine banking hours. emz77 will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawals promptly but does not guarantee specific timeframes outside of its control.

6 Game Rules and Gameplay

RNG (Random Number Generator) games use a certified random process to determine outcomes. 10 Account Suspension and Closure

emz77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated. This includes but is not limited to cases involving fraud, identity issues, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete required verification within a reasonable timeframe.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be restored and your balance released. If the investigation finds a violation of these terms, emz77 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your own emz77 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account, subject to these terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

emz77 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, the absence of errors, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, emz77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from gaming outcomes, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in the Philippines.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of emz77 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account before the revised terms take effect.
